Yes Virginia, There IS a Clear Blue Dei blog! Stay Tuned!

Hey all,

As you are probably aware, it has been a rather trying 1.5 years. In late 2007 I discovered that my father’s ex-wife, with whom he was still living, was misusing him and his money and from that point until this August, when he died, I have been going through lawsuits, nursing homes, medicaid, etc. in order to gain guardianship over dad and to try to recover some of his money and to find a way to pay for his nursing home and medical needs. And to give him as good a quality of life as I could in his final days.

So I had not been blogging or writing with any regularity, although I am on the computer most of the day with twitter, facebook, searches, etc. And now that dad has died and I find that I have free time again, I miss writing and blogging. I REALLY miss it.

So stay tuned, I will be writing again very soon. I have lots of things to say and ideas to discuss and neat things to look at. And thanks to everyone who hung in there during this time and also to everyone who continues to find and use and enjoy my blog, even though I haven’t updated much at all for a long time, it is these people who prompt (dare I say, compel) me to start writing again. It is somewhat embarrassing to get accolades like being written up as one of 100 Must Read Blogs …by Women! in Feb of 2009 or being included in Women in Technology – Fifty Powerful Females in July 2008 while not actively contributing a significant number of new technology posts.

All that is going to change! There will be good things to come. I guarantee it! So stay tuned and keep watching this space. In the meantime, take your shoes off! Stay awhile. If you haven’t read my blog before, check it out!

And as always, take care,
Susan Mellott

I am in The Pitch’s Bite Club, a group of reviewers that review a restaurant and several of their dishes. I also write my own reviews about almost everything. This is a little about me and how I review and about what I like and dislike about a restaurant and food in general.
